Waste Collection Update – Temporary Service Adjustments

Dear Residents,

We have been informed by our waste contractor, The Shield Group, that they are currently experiencing short-term operational challenges due to a sudden outbreak of illness across the company.

Despite these unforeseen circumstances, they are making every effort to minimise disruption and maintain service levels of dog and litter bin collection by incorporating additional collection routes over the weekend. However, this may result in some delays or changes to the usual collection schedule.

The Shield Group aims to restore normal service as soon as possible, and we appreciate their efforts in managing the situation.

The Parish Council extends its best wishes for a swift recovery to those affected and appreciates residents' patience during this time.
