Christmas Message
Dear Residents,
As the year draws to a close and frosty mornings greet us, I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of Middleton Cheney Parish Council, to extend the warmest greetings to you all.
This year has brought its share of both challenges and achievements. We have celebrated wonderful community events that have strengthened our village spirit, while continuing to seek to address a variety of concerns such as traffic issues, planning matters, and environmental upkeep. These experiences have demonstrated not only the resilience of our community but also the willingness of residents to come together to overcome challenges.
I am particularly proud of the Council's continued commitment to improving accessibility, communication and transparency. Our efforts to keep residents informed, whether through public meetings, councillor surgeries, newsletters, or timely updates on village initiatives, reflect our dedication to building a strong connection with you. We remain focused on listening to your concerns and working collaboratively to maintain and enhance the character of Middleton Cheney.
This time of year offers us all a moment to pause and reflect. Whether you are celebrating festive traditions, spending time with loved ones, or simply taking a moment to rest, I hope this season brings you peace and joy. Let us all embrace the spirit of kindness, connection, and gratitude as we look ahead.
With the promise of a fresh start in 2025, I am confident that together we can achieve great things for Middleton Cheney. From addressing local priorities to supporting new initiatives, I know our village will continue to thrive as a place we are proud to call home.
On behalf of Middleton Cheney Parish Council, I wish you all a season filled with warmth, laughter, and happiness. May the coming year bring good health, prosperity, and cherished moments for you and your families.
With warm regards,
Alan Youel
