Note from Horsefair Surgery

We recently made an announcement about the running of Horsefair Surgery explaining that the Partner GPs had given notice to terminate the contract to provide general medical services at Horsefair Surgery.

Over the last 2 weeks we have been exploring the possibility of entering into a new partnership with a commercial company to alleviate the recruitment pressure and help with the running of the surgery. This will allow Horsefair to continue. Given that we have identified and are negotiating with a new provider Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group has agreed that we can retain our contract and retract our notice.

Middleton Cheney property will be placed on the market today – Friday 30th September 2016, sadly this is unavoidable, we will continue to provide care for Middleton Cheney patients at Horsefair in Banbury. There is a volunteer driver who is available to transport patients from Middleton Cheney to Banbury called Helping Hand – Janet Matthews, should you have difficulty in getting to Banbury.
